Shipping Policy

We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible! Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days, and you’ll get a tracking email once it’s on the way.

• Standard U.S. Shipping: Arrives in 5-7 business days after it ships.

• Pre-orders & Made-to-Order Items: Check the product description for estimated shipping times.

• We do not ship internationally at this time but hope to soon! Stay tuned.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, here’s what we can do:

✅ We’ll replace, exchange, or refund if:

• There is damage or a defect with your goods (that did not occur during shipping) 

• Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items (not different sizes).

🚫 We can’t offer refunds for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.

• Potato Chips. We can’t accept food returns at this point. 

• Delivery delays or lost packages (please reach out to the carrier).

• Orders returned after 14 days of delivery.

To request a return or replacement, email shop@localstylechips.com with a photo and a brief explanation within 14 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to help! 😊
